	Offered by us WS 2007 controllers are not only devices enabling carrying out the technological process according to the exact recommendations and procedures. It is also the set of modules enabling the communication with other external peripheral devices. Thanks to the application of the wireless “WiFi” communication they enable: umo¿liwiaj± one: current supervision and diagnostics of the control systems, access to the system via local network LAN, Wi Fi (without neccesity of using the additional devices or converters). All these elements faciliates managing and controlling the technological processes and saving their particular parameters and with additional use of the internet gates the controlling stations may be arbitrary far from used devices.

Monitoring program

Correctly performed heat treatment process guarantees high quality of the products leaving the factory.
Its particular steps parameters are the key values of the produced victuals so we have created the software that makes possible to perform visualisation, archivisation of the all mecessary information about conducted processes.

Despite the service functions like registered failures, alarms, their lengths and a time in which they occured they enable archivisation and monitoring:

logged-in operator,
identification of the treated goods (up to 10 different charges in one program)
date and hour of start and end of a program,
date and hour of particular steps, given and read valuse (temperature, time, humidity) for particular steps,
max and min valuse that occured in the given step,
record of the proofs made during program execution,

Apart from the remote monitoring of the current temperature and other values, the operator can display in arbitrary moment the data from finished processes in a form of table of graph. He can also print them or save them on the hard drive of the PC.
