| | WS 2007 PWP Controller was made for automatic controlof the MULTICOMPRESSOR SET, ICE WATER GENERATOR
| Main functions of the controller are: - measurement and regulation of the refrigerant evaporation pressure,
- measurement and regulation of the refrigerant condensation pressure,
- measurement and regulation of the temperature of the liquid from the heat Exchanger,
- controlling by 20 executive elements,
- signallisation and analysis of the 20 alert states,
- control of the electronic expanding valve (pulse or step one),
- operator’s identification,
- identfication of the defined 10 parameters of the charge (batch, amount etc.),
- access control to the controller by the identification of the codes of the people authorized for maintenance and service,
- collaboration with data logging and archivisation software,
- text menu in arbitrary language.
Color graphic display enables simple and intuitive device’s maintenance, displaying of the given and read parameters of the current program in the table (shortened) form on the operator’s panel without the necessity of breaking the process:
- name of the operator,
- 10 pts related to the charge,
- times of starts and ends of the program and particular steps,
- given values for particular steps,
- min and max values that occured in the given step,
- display of the registered process parameters on the console in a form of the plot vs time,
- simple and clear way of programming from the service position (configuration and scheme of the particular inputs, outputs displayed in particular service windows)
- possibility of the configuration changes of the way of work of the particular outputs from the console level,
- possibility of defining, naming and a scheme of reaction for appearing alarms (possibility of defining the state on the NO ; NC input)
