Correctly performed heat treatment process guarantees high quality of the products leaving the factory.
Its particular steps parameters are the key values of the produced victuals so we have created the software that makes possible to perform visualisation, archivisation of the all mecessary information about conducted processes.

Despite the service functions like registered failures, alarms, their lengths and a time in which they occured they enable archivisation and monitoring:

logged-in operator,
identification of the treated goods (up to 10 different charges in one program)
date and hour of start and end of a program,
date and hour of particular steps, given and read valuse (temperature, time, humidity) for particular steps,
max and min valuse that occured in the given step,
record of the proofs made during program execution,

Apart from the remote monitoring of the current temperature and other values, the operator can display in arbitrary moment the data from finished processes in a form of table of graph. He can also print them or save them on the hard drive of the PC.

The software works based on arbitrary Windows system, collaborating with the controller hanks to the network LAN WAN connection, nternet connection VAP and Wi Fi link. All gathered by the software data are aved in on-line mode in the dedicated database nd they can be wieved in arbitrary moment with use f the same program.
